About
Seagrove Bay sits between Seaview beach and Priory Bay on the north east coast and boasts some of the largest and most imposing seaside properties on the Isle of Wight.
When the tide is out Seagrove Bay has a large expanse of golden sands, making it popular for a whole range of beach activities and watersports. There is also a slipway running down into the sea which is a regular launching platform for boats.
There are toilet facilities at the bottom of the lane which leads down to the beach.
TOP TIPS:
The beach disappears at high tide, so it’s worth checking the tide times before heading to Seagrove Bay.
GETTING THERE:
Take the bus into Nettlestone and walk down to the beach. For bus information please visit the Southern Vectis website - www.islandbuses.info/
Or if you are bringing a car, park in Seaview and walk along as the parking at the back of the beach is very limited.
